A scene from the first day of the training camp just before the 2019 concert.

Currently, the temperature in Morioka City is 0.7 degrees and it is snowing.
For the members who are on a long journey, the tour will be 6 nights and 7 days long.
I think this is the first experience for the elementary school members,
Morioka performance on Saturday the 30th, Tokyo performance on Sunday the 31st,
On Monday the 1st, TV Asahi's "Untitled Concert" was recorded.
The performance will continue for three consecutive days.

As the "teacher in charge,"
The theme for this year from the last minute training camp to the actual event is "moderate tension and excitement."
I asked all the members at the orientation.
A good level of tension is necessary for a performance,
To relieve tension,
If you get excited about games every night, you won't last a week.
Every year I get so excited that I can't get enough sleep and my health gets worse.
And then there are people who feel unwell during the actual performance,
This year, we hope that everyone will be in top health when they take to the stage.

So, during the dinner break, I sat down at the piano on stage,
There was someone playing Bach.

Oh, Glenn Gould style!
I thought so and quickly pressed the shutter on my smartphone, but sorry, the photo is out of focus.

"I've never heard a piano sound like this before," he said.
Haruka Watanabe, a double bass player and university student from Fukushima City who is in charge of volunteer concerts, was excited.
To repeat, this year's theme is "moderate tension and excitement."
Members who had been resting also came out in droves to listen to the live piano.
This is a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience that can only be had at a last-minute training camp.

Before the evening practice, Director Ryuichi Sakamoto asked me, "Is there anyone meeting me for the first time?"

This year too, the event will take place after three days of last-minute practice.
There are still seats available for the Morioka performance on Saturday the 30th,
Please come and listen.
(Be sure to take precautions against the cold.)
