"Please practice bending your waist (to prevent back pain) 10 times, squatting 30x3 times (90 times), and lunging 20x3 times (60 times) by the time we meet next time. This is homework for your body."

"Stretching for stiff shoulders. It's okay to do it for a short time each time, but the key is to do it several times."

"Shoulder stiffness training using tubes. All movements are done in 3 sets of 10 to 20 repetitions. Aim for 3 times a week. If it's easy for you, you can do it every day. Even if the tube breaks, it won't hurt, so don't be scared!"
