Today and tomorrow will be the 9th joint practice session in February.

Joint training sessions have begun in Fukushima City.

Section practice today.
Members of the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, who are kindly cooperating with us, will travel a long way to come and provide guidance.
The string section will feature principal violinist Fujimura Masayoshi, who will be joining us for the first time.
The woodwind section features Sakahashi Yanami on flute, who is playing for the third time since the summer training camp.
The brass section will feature tuba player Tetsuya Otsuka, continuing from last month.
The percussion section is led by vice-chairman Takano Kazuhiko.
The concert was split between the usual Fukushima Minpo Hall and Fukushima City Music Hall.
We will have the luxury of having four teachers teach us in the morning and afternoon.

Tomorrow we will have an ensemble practice led by conductor Toshio Yanagisawa.
Following on from last year, we will also be holding an information session for parents as part of an open day for members of the group. Even if you have not been notified in advance, please take this opportunity to attend.

This will be two consecutive days of intensive practice in preparation for the concert next month.

The Tokyo performance on the 31st has sold out, but there are still seats available for the Morioka performance on the 30th. We would be grateful if you could come and enjoy the results of everyone's hard work over the past year.
