March 9th (Wednesday) on NHK General TV

On the news program "Shibu 5ji" (4:50 pm to 6:10 pm),

The Tohoku Youth Orchestra is expected to be introduced for about 10 minutes.

By the way, if there is a major incident, the broadcast will be postponed, so

I pray every day for a peaceful world.

Even though it's 5 o'clock, it starts at 4:50.

I can't worry about that.

He has been following me since the joint practice with Director Ryuichi Sakamoto at the end of the year,

It should be a very informative program, including interviews with the members.

Also, as part of an NHK interview, on Sunday, March 13th, I went to a temporary housing facility in Ishinomaki.

A mini concert will be held by volunteers from the Tohoku Youth Orchestra.

We have a flyer made by our university students, so I'll post it here.

Also, Tokyo FM station J-JAVE will be broadcasting a special program on Friday, March 11th, at 2pm, marking the fifth anniversary of the disaster.

The Tohoku Youth Orchestra was featured.

There may also be interviews with the orchestra's director and president Ryuichi Sakamoto, conductor Toshio Yanagisawa, and other members of the orchestra.
