The Tohoku Youth Orchestra, which was restarted in May of this year by publicly recruiting new members, exists only through the support and donations of everyone. We have opened a page to receive your support in order to realize the first concert on March 26th next year (venue: Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall).

We accept donations from individuals as well as corporations. This year's largest individual donation was from singer-songwriter Cocco, who donated 2,000,150 yen from the sales of her second charity single, "Cocco Single CD Special Punch," part of the Great East Japan Earthquake Reconstruction Support Project. Additionally, actress Sayuri Yoshinaga donated the entire amount of the 1,000,000 yen prize money she received for the Kikuchi Kan Award on December 4th. We are grateful for her kind donation and will accept it. This matter has also been covered in various newspapers.
