The second day of the Tohoku Youth Orchestra Concert 2017 will be held in the large hall of Koriyama Civic Cultural Center. Apart from three members forgetting their cell phones on the bus from Tokyo to Koriyama last night, rehearsals started smoothly and in good health today as scheduled. For all attendees, please come early as there will be a lobby concert starting at 2:30pm when the doors open, followed by a performance by the Shadow Announcer Squad and the opening fanfare at 2:50pm. But what about a 3% rate of forgetting your cell phone?
