With the concert just one day away,

we’d like to share a few moments from our final rehearsal camp.

Throughout the camp, Mikamo Shizen no Ie kindly provided us with delicious meals every day, including curry and rice. The curry was a huge hit—almost everyone in the group came back for seconds!

We are truly grateful for the warm and generous meals prepared for all of us each day. Thank you so much.

We spent each day rehearsing nearly the entire concert program, including many of Ryuichi Sakamoto’s works such as Ballet Mécanique, Tong Poo, Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence, and The Last Emperor, along with Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5, the centerpiece of this concert.

On the fourth day especially, extra players from the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra joined us, and we rehearsed the full program from beginning to end just as we will in the actual concert.

During one of the rehearsals, Mr. Arakawa from Nextone also visited us and brought cream puffs and éclairs.
