Midette Activity Report (Yuta Tomizawa)
Midette Activity Report (Yuta Tomizawa)
On August 26th, we held our third volunteer concert of the season at Nihonbashi Fukushimakan MIDETTE in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
Oh, sorry for the late introduction. I am Tomizawa, the tuba player, and I will be writing an activity report again this time (again?). Ah, yes. I am the eldest of three brothers.
Now, to the main topic, the members who participated this time are the five people in the photo below!
From the left, we have Abe-kun on cello, Shoko-san on viola, Mimu-san and Mahiro-san on violin, and Kandai-kun, who acted as the MC for this event and for which we would like to give special thanks!!
This concert was the first volunteer concert in the Kanto region, so everyone in charge worked very hard, and I'm glad that in the end, many customers were pleased with it!
The venue where we performed this time was an antenna shop for Fukushima Prefecture, so we had a lively discussion with the staff and customers about Fukushima, and we had some unexpected encounters. I think we had a very meaningful and enjoyable time. Here's a snapshot of the performance.
The posters in the background and other things are full of Fukushima colors...
Here is a summary
Regarding this Kanto performance, I will explain the background to it. There have been voices within the troupe requesting that the performance be held in the Kanto region, and that voice has now been realized in this way. As a member of the organization, I honestly feel like it's finally over, but the next performance location is waiting for us!!
At this time, it has been decided that the event will be held on November 24th at Sansan Shopping Arcade in Minamisanriku Town!!
Please come by all means!!
Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the Fukushima Prefectural Tourism and Products Exchange Association and Yamaha Ginza store for their assistance during this event.
