Report on the Volunteer Concert in Minamisanriku Town

The volunteer concert held at the community center of the Tokura Reconstruction Public Housing in Minamisanriku Town on December 2nd of last year was featured on the official blog of Minamisanriku Town, titled "Minamisanriku Now."
